Since the 2013 vintage, Philippe has decided to launch a natural wine series called “Apollinaire” at the family winery, which is actually the winery's flagship product. All labels in this series feature Apollinaire's calligram. All these cuvées are produced without additives. And he writes everything on the back label. The winery is located on Kefferberg in Ergersheim.
