I call bridge wines wines that you can take with you to a party, put them on a laid table, open them and drink them.
Hardly anybody will reach for the bottle and wonder what he/she is drinking. Some people do it after the second/third glass because they notice that they feel good.
With the white wines you can already see a slight trub towards the end of the bottle. All wines can be drunk immediately after opening.
