A different kind of Pinot Gris - directly pressed and lively! It is a little oily when poured, then small bubbles of carbon dioxide form and want to get out! Once through the carafe and let it rest for a short time, the oily part is gone and the little stink from the beginning is gone. Some like it this way, others like it that way...decide for yourself!
