What Jas says about this wine: A collaboration with grammy nominated Icelandic musician and artist Ólafur Arnalds (latest album some kind of peace/soundtrack broadchurch/bbc podcast ultimate calm – parts of electro Duo Kiasmos). A dry orange wine, made with hand destemmed Kerner grapes and direct press Riesling sealed off for 2 weeks without oxygen access, creating a fermentation in the direct pressed juice within the Kerner grapes. light tannins, oxidative style of wine. Notes of brioche, cedar, honey, calendula.
