Clot de les Soleres
In 2008, Carles and Montse began producing artisanal country wines from organic grapes they grow themselves at the Heretat Ferrer winery in Vall de Piera in Penedès. Their wines are the result of a minimalist process involving simple and pure winemaking techniques that do not use chemicals, filtration, or clarification. Nothing is removed or added. This approach has been successful since 2008 and fits perfectly into our range.
