I met Ronald years ago at an Ecovin young winemakers' conference, the topic at the time was natural wine - and yes, we met again, he has converted his winery and now only makes natural wine. Now we are engaged together for more transparency on wine labels, try politics, is not always easy. The small bottles with the Pet Nat are not quite compliant, wine may only be bottled in 0.375L, not in 0.33L - is not a soda or mixed drink! I enjoy them very much!
